Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to ship and deliver my order?

After placing your order, it will take approximately 1 Business Days to process your item(s) in our warehouse.

 

After your item(s) leave our warehouse, it will then take approximately 2-4 Business Days or your order to arrive at your shipping address.

 

Business Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (excluding Aus Public Holidays).

How long does it take to process my order?

Our online store is open 24/7 so you can place your order online at any time.

 

Our processing warehouse operates on the standard Monday-Friday & Saturday schedule.

 

If you place your order on a Sunday, your order will not begin processing until the following Monday.

 

It usually takes 1 Business Day for processing before your order ships and leaves our warehouse.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you should receieve an email within 1 business day. This email will contain your tracking number(s) for your item(s). If you ordered multiple items, we might split your package and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

 

Sometimes, tracking numbers will change so we may send you another shipping update email with updated tracking info (this usually takes an additional 1-3 business days).
